3rd Strike第三次警告
· If at any time Walmart, at it’s solediscretion, determines that a pattern and practice of
non-compliance exists (such as in the caseof receiving 3 Strikes), Walmart will terminate
it’s relationship with a supplier.
任何時(shí)候如果沃爾瑪認(rèn)為供應(yīng)商有重復(fù)嚴(yán)重違規(guī)現(xiàn)象，沃爾瑪有權(quán)單方面終止與該供應(yīng)商
之間的合作（如供應(yīng)商得到3次警告）
Consequences后果:
· All pending purchase orders for thesupplier in violation of this policy will be canceled.
該供應(yīng)商所有未生產(chǎn)的訂單將被取消
· Non-compliant product in production orunshipped will be rejected.
生產(chǎn)中或未裝船的不合格產(chǎn)品將被拒收
· Supplier will be permanently prohibitedfrom doing business with mart
沃爾瑪將終止與該供應(yīng)商之間的永久合作
